The animal trails coming down from the high Gallatins to the Yellowstone river show up very well there’s light snow on the ground. In this case, it was still snowing. It’s quite common to see Elk, Bighorn, Mule Deer or Pronghorn walking these paths. (5D3, 24-105 @ 70, 1/50 s, f/16, iso 200, tripod)
