So far I have been clicking Like (the thumbs up). Does the person who left the critique see that I’ve done that? (As a former member for several years I understand what critiques are, my question is basically does clicking thumbs up correspond to what saying “thanks” might have been before. Thank you.

I just had someone “like” a comment I made and it showed up with an alert next to my profile picture in the top right corner.
I’ve left you one as an example.

Hi Barbara, yes indeed a like can be used in place of a quick thanks and that person will be notified that you liked their comment.
