This is so interesting. Thanks for the link. From a chemistry standpoint (and I never took chemistry!), I’m curious about the idea of the stored light leaking out and exposing the paper. I wonder if it is really just the stored sugar that leaks out? Anyway, this is really fascinating, and the images are beautiful.
