Gorgeous. I’m not a big peony fan, but you have caught me with this one. The way the petals curve and the contrasting colors…even the slice of green pointing inward. Nicely done.

Patricia: I always enjoy your work with peonies and this is no exception. Frame filling fantastic. :+1: :+1:>=))>

Gorgeous, Patricia. Wonderful flowing lines through out the image. It feels almost like a water color, so very soft. Very nicely done.

Tree Peonies are my Favorite flower. This is fabulous.

Gorgeous Patricia. Wonderful selection of framing.

Lovely composition and it has a very painterly feel to it, Patricia. How do you achieve the grainy effect which adds to the impression of a painting?

Thank you for the kind comments. I’m glad you enjoyed it.
Mike: Nothing other an the usual PS adjustments were used. As far as the grain issue - use a cheap camera. Or maybe I over sharpened a bit.

LOL @Patricia_Brundage. I like it because of this graininess!

A very pleasing image with great colors and perfect when it comes to the craftmanship. However, your selection of what to include in the frame is what makes this image to really stand out. Very well done!
