As always when I am out in nature, I hunt for details that are unusual for me. I’ve photographed bees for many years and this was the first nearly pollen covered bumble bee that I photographed. Just look at those legs.

Laura, I find it amazing how loaded down the bees can get and still fly. Glad you are able to get out some and shoot.
It sure is amazing Shirley. I’m very fortunate, there is a large wetlands area within walking distance from my home, that is full of wildlife and beauty that is really helpful in these challenging times.
