I’ve been visiting this particular location for years, and each time something new presents itself. Oddly enough, I’d never thought to point the camera to the North, but the light this morning directed me.
Shot with a Sony A7riii, with the 70-200 f/4 G lens.
1/13, ISO 100, 200mm (cropped in)
Being shot with a relatively long focal length ensured that all the different mountain chain levels are visible in a single image - something that otherwise would not be achievable . It also reminds me of a Paramount Pictures opening sequence for their movies with me waiting for the starts to appear at the top of the tallest mountain. Thanks for sharing
