Nice shot. A good pose with lots of detail and focus is spot on. BG is a bit busy but that is where bird was.

Excellent detail and exposure on the Titmouse, John. The composition works pretty well-if I did anything it might be to take just a sliver off the left. The out of focus branches don’t bother me, but I’d be tempted to try to eliminate the in-focus one in the upper right.

You caught a good pose and the detail is great. I like the position of the feet on the dead branch. It’s a nice habitat shot, though you might see how it looks removing the two in-focus branches on the left and the one on the right.
