In Germany I didn’t live close to any water sources so coming to Utah has changed some of that. With the mountains almost in my back yard, the streams originating from melting snow are within reach. On this day in Ogden Canyon I visited Wheeler Creek, a hike my wife and I enjoy doing any time of the year. But on this morning I was alone except for an occasional hiker swiftly passing by…water and flowers.

Thanks Kat! It printed nicely on my Epson P800. I don’t normally don’t do long exposure but it worked here.

Mark, where is the fog? :grin:

Nice composition, I love the rich black shadows, and your choice of shutter speed created some nice flow in the water. A great subject for B&W.
