Wild Crape Myrtle

Back in the autumn of 2010 I came across this Lagerstroemia branch catching the sun and liked the colours and lighting. I only had my old birding lens with me and can’t remember how the shot was processed - except that today I got Topaz DeNoise, so I decided to run this through Low Light AI.

Beautiful soft silky feel to this image, Mike. The limbs almost look like the muscles of an arm. Nicely done.

Beautiful portrait of a tree branch! I love the shadows on it and the textures of the bark. The black background really makes it stand out! Nicely done!

Mike, the colors and shape are lovely and they stand out well against the black background. The details show well in the shadows and that adds a lot of interest and helps with the elegance.
