We have literally hundreds of day lilies in our garden but very few Asiatics. This is the first to bloom and I thought it would be fun to apply some oil paint to the original image. All comments welcome.>=))>

I really like the treatment, Bill. Looks like a wonderful shot on it’s own, but it does feel like an oil painting rather than a photo. Nice done.

A beautiful image Bill but i think it would be splendid ALSO without oil paint.

Viewing the larger image is a must. The treatment works well and the shot is good enough to stand on its own even without the treatment. Lovely.
