Hi Susan. What an interesting looking flower. I find the green tips on the pink pistils(?) very interesting. I also like the shape of the leaves in the background. I’ve never used a lensbaby lens, although they seem to be advertised to me frequently. Do you like yours?
Hi Cameron: thank you for your comments. Before coming to Australia, I had never seen this flower either. It is a tree actually in our front yard and is blooming right now. I took quite a few photos of them:) As for lensbaby, I have 4 of them and love them all! I love the painterly looks and plus each lens has it’s own special feature. It is really liberating to make your own rules and not need to edit (unless you want to) … a chance to be creative! If you have any questions about the flower or lensbaby, I would be happy to answer.
