Looking for specific feedback on composition, subject placement (the Barn). Also if the leafless branch above the barn door is too much of a distraction. I left it in just because it was a natural part of the tree and there was no way to move the camera without ruining the frame. Much thanks!
Hi Doug. I really like this scene. The colors and the framing of the barn are terrific. I would have liked a touch more of the fence line at the bottom so that the little path between the tree and the fence corner had more of a lead into the scene toward the barn. But that’s a truly minor thing. There’s a feeling of nostalgia here that I really like. Well done.
