Nice color and detail. The perch and pose are quite pleasing. You might be able to bring out some detail in the anterior belly plumage. Not a deal breaker though.
This is a beautiful shot, Sandy. Sharp, great light and background. It’s really nice. I loved finding these when I was in south Texas where they are very common. I don’t find them much near my home in northeast Texas. This one has a great expression.
It might be common there, but I never managed to get a decent image of one, Sandy. The ehad turn here is excellent and I like the composition.
Very nice Sandy, if you have the pixels I might crop a touch off the top and bottom and some from the left.
