Any technical feedback is fine. Originally had a couple of thoughts.
- This is pretty much full frame but I thought it looked more dramatic than some of the full body and wing shots.
- Also included a B&W version which I found somewhat striking. Comments on your preference please.

ISO 1000, f5.6, 1/1250, Nikon D500 with 70-200 2.8 nikkor
It is a dramatic pose. I think I prefer the B&W. Critique-wise, the bird is very smooth, like the original was out of focus, and NR was run on it?
Yes, it was a little soft plus I am sure I ran NR. both those together obviously not a good thing, Thanks for your comments.
I like the pose. A third option might be to see how it looks in black and white, but keep the yellow bill and eye, though I do like the contrast of yellow and blue.
