Comp looks good. I might lower the cyan/blue cast in the BG. The lotus flower has some spectacular color. Well done…Jim
The first image is really very nice. I love the peek-a-boo look of the pod being revealed by the petals, its the perfect angle to shoot this from. The bokeh of the background is very handled, but I agree with @Jim_Zablotny that reducing the coolness of the greens might help. I also think adding a vignette for some edge darkening might make for more emphasis on the flower as well.
Eduard: I’ve had few opportunities to shoot lotus so I envy your experience. The original wide view is wonderful. Nicely done. >=))>

I’m a huge fan of the second image with the tight crop. The essence of the plant highlighted. It’s also a step away from the standard. Very nice.
