Another duck in-flight photo. They were coming in and going out at the tide flats so I had lots of opportunities.

Sony a6500, FE200600G @ 600mm (900mm w/crop factor), ISO-250, f/6.3, 1/4000, hand held.

Excellent detail in the duck, Gary. I like the background, but I could see cropping a bit from the upper right to decenter the bird a bit more.

Fast flyers, but you got it very well ! To my feel the BG takes a bit from the attention from the bird, so I quickly selected the bird, and lower the contrast on the BG a little. For me that would work better, but off course, it’s personal. Agree with the suggestion of cropping a bit from the top.
