Today was a rainy spring day and I spent a few hours at a protected area not far from Torino (Italy). Swallows just arrived at these latitudes from the South, and they were flying around hunting insects. Lovely, Antonello. The plumage detail is excellent and really brings out the blue. You also managed a very nice head turn and the traces of rain in the sky add a nice touch. If you were so inclined, I think you could even bring the rain streaks up a bit to accent them, but this is still a very beautiful rainy day image.
