While up pre-dawn at the tree line in Rocky Mountain NP I was able to get some shots of the elusive Rock Ness Monster. I was quiet enough that it didn’t notice me and I thought this was the best result. All comments welcome. >=))>

FUN! And an impressively surrealistic profile.
Bill, I remember your encounter with this monster, it’s great. Imagine how visitors to your office would react to this hanging in the entrance…
Glad to hear you survive the encounter, Bill. Was this taken on Trail Ridge Road? Just curious. Fun photo.
Yes it was Linda; about 1/2 mile west of Rainbow Curve.
What a fun photo, Bill. Perfect for the WC.
Thanks, Bill. Thought the terrain looked familiar. When we lived in Winter Park CO and our brother-in-law lived in Estes Park, we would make several trips (when we didn’t have to make a reservation to go) a year over Trail Ridge Road. Absolutely awesome part of the world.
