The more I contemplate this photograph the more it intrigues me. I am on a path, of which only the next short bit is known. It seems to lead to a row of trees, all different, beyond which there are only dark clouds, with the tiniest little patch of blue. I have named the trees, and all their names start with the letter D. One of them is, of course, Death, and that is the only one that does not scare me because it is inevitable.
